Habitat for Humanity Egypt had organized a work camp for grade 12 students at New Cairo British International School (NCBIS) on the 17th and 18th of September in the villages of Bani Ahmed, Bani Mahdi and Al-Abadia in Minya Governorate.
The students participated in the renovation of houses in the targeted villages through various work activities (painting, sand filtering and carrying tiles). Indeed, it was a great opportunity for students to understand the importance of volunteering and effective community participation.
لقد نظمت هابيتات فور هيومانيتي مصر معسكر عمل لطلاب الصف الثاني عشر في مدرسة القاهرة الجديدة البريطانية الدولية (NCBIS) يومي 17 و 18 سبتمبر في قرى بني أحمد وبني مهدي والأبعدية بمحافظة المنيا.
شارك الطلاب في ترميم المنازل في القرى المستهدفة من خلال أنشطة العمل المختلفة (دهان ، تنقية الرمل وحمل البلاط). لقد كانت بالفعل فرصة رائعة للطلاب لفهم أهمية التطوع والمشاركة المجتمعية الفعالة.
