By volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, you can be a part of the change you want to see in your community.
HFH Egypt works in 40 communities in 5 governorates within Egypt. In all of these communities we partner with local and national non-profit organizations to create a safe and healthy environment for all Egyptians to live, work, and raise their families. Habitat Egypt supports these families by funding them with loans, a micro finance housing program.
You can join one of the GV teams that volunteer their time and resources to participate in the construction of a decent, durable shelter for Habitat homeowners and their families in rural Upper Egypt. Work activities include plastering, bricklaying, sifting sand and wood roofing, requiring no special skills but making a huge difference in the quality of life for our homeowners. And also you can create your own GV team and become a team leader.
